A solid body made of stainless steel, AISI 304 (1.4301); Designed for forming sausages during the drying process; Mobile model: 6 polyamide wheels; Pressure on the product is obtained by pneumatic cylinders located in the upper part of the machine; Determining the pressure on the product is done by regulating the pressure of the compressed air, fed to the cylinders.
Capacity: 250-320 kg depending on the product caliber.
