Description
Solid body made of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). Finds application in preliminary cutting of the pig bones in halves and calf bones in quarters in vertical position. Vertical broad board for fixing and cutting of carcass meat. Formed from artificial boards fixed on a stainless steel frame.
Moving and fixing of the board’s slope is done by a pneumatic system with a manual control. Different assembly and fixing schemes are possible depending on the bearing construction of the respective zone.
