Double shaft mixing machine with Z shaped arms and tiltable hopper
Made of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). Designed for mixing and homogenizing of food products (meat, fish, spices etc.). Double shaft mixing system with Z shaped arms. Rotation speed of the mixing arms (adjustable): 3 – 38 rpm. Reverse motion of the mixing arms. PLC control SIEMENS. Safety grating over the hopper and an interlock system for discontinuing the mixing process in case of its opening. Hydraulic system for emptying the hopper by tilting and discharging the product in two standard carts with capacity of 200L each, (DIN 9797); Stationary model.
