Description

A solid body made of stainless steel, AISI 304 (1.4301). Designed for forming sausages during the drying process; Mobile model: 6 polyamide wheels. Pressure on the product is obtained by pneumatic cylinders located in the upper part of the machine. Determining the pressure on the product is done by regulating the pressure of the compressed air, fed to the cylinders.
Capacity: 250-320 kg depending on the product caliber.
