Designed for cutting of pig’s fore and hind legs in lying position. Ensures quick and high-grade cutting of the product with minimum waste. Solid construction, made entirely of stainless steel, AISI 304 (1.4301). Suitable to be incorporated in high production technological lines. Manual handing of the product in the cutting zone.
