Description
Made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). Designed for rough cutting of cooled and frozen poultry meat. The equipment allows achieving a high efficiency of the cutting process and high specialization of the workers. Favors a better organization and control over the whole processing of the meat portions. The construction allows quick and easy cleaning after the end of the working process. Continuous regulation of the conveyor speed. Two options for transporting of the portions to the zone for fine cutting are executed on request: with separate belt lines or with a common discharge to sorting tables through a centrally situated conveyor.
