All body and driving elements are made of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). Finds application in processing of poultry after rough cutting. Suitable for middle and big capacities. Suitable for team work with automatic portioning lines and conical lines for rough cutting. Ensure high efficiency, improve work organization and quality of the end product. The products being processed (breasts, legs, wings, drumsticks etc.) can go to the lines in crates or can directly be put on the transporting systems. Some machines necessary for the technological treatment of the portions can be included in to the lines (injectors, deboning and sorting equipment etc.). The prepared portions can be transported to the zones for further processing and packaging through integrated transport systems or through special technological carts. All residue products from the fine cutting process are being collected and transported to the storage and separation premises by complete transport systems. The configuration of the lines in the packaging zone is made according to the individual requirements for each product, type and method of packaging.
Some technical solutions for delivery of package materials to the working places can be worked out in order to optimize the packaging process.
