Conical line for rough cutting of poultry – vertical execution

Description

Made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). Designed for rough cutting of cooled and frozen poultry. The equipment allows achieving a high efficiency of the cutting process and high specialization of the workers. Favors a better organization and control over the whole processing of the meat portions. The construction allows quick and easy cleaning after the end of the working process. For optimal correlation between quality and quantity an option for continuous speed regulation of the conveyor is envisioned. All non working area is filled in with meshy barrier for safety reasons. After the separate portions are put into a crate (there is a crate located in a special stand at each working place) they can be dispatched. Another possibility is the portions to be directly transported to the zones for fine cutting by belt conveyors.
