Washing machine for carts 200L

Stainless steel construction, AISI 304 (1.4301). Pneumatically activated loading of the carts. programmable control. Rotating collector for washing and rinsing. Optimal safety in the loading zone thanks to metal barriers and doors with magnetic sensors. Placing of the carts in the loading device is done manually. By pressing the start button a new cycle begins. It includes loading, washing and rinsing. After loading the carts are washed thoroughly from all sides. Cleaning agent should be added into the washing water. A stainless rotary pump provides circulation of washing water. Mobile tilted sieves, made of perforated sheet iron provide rough filtration of water. Duration of the cycle is regulated depending on the level of contamination of the carts. When the cycle is over, the door opens automatically and the cart is positioned for manual unloading. The machine is manufactured with electrical or steam water heating.
Option: Aspiration /external or internal/ for sucking out the released during the washing process vapors, a drum filter.
