Incorporating systems for gathering and distributing of the product flow.
There is a possibility for integration of automated systems for identification, directing and sorting out the product. Protection for ensuring all safety and hygienic requirements which are in accordance with the EU standards.
Type and material of the belt: impregnated textile material, modular belt from artificial material, stainless mesh belt, multilayer, reinforced and impregnated belt, belt blades.
Manufacturing according to customer’s performance specification and after the requirements of the technological process. Manufactured in horizontal or vertical plane with straight sections and turns. Construction mounted on feet, suspended on a ceiling or a wall.
Belt conveyors
Made of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). Designed to transport a product. Hygienic design for easy cleaning. Side boards – made of stainless steel or artificial material. Actuation of the belts with directly connected gear motors or with roller drives. Fixed or adjustable speed of motion. Electric panel – hygienic design. Execution of the frame – on feets (stationary) or on wheels (mobile version).
Production of belt conveyors with horizontal and inclined sections. Actuation of the belts with directly connected gear motors: lateral, installed within the overall dimensions of the conveyor, with mechanical transmissions or with roller drives. Fixed or adjustable speed of motion.
Production of belt conveyors with pneumatic devices for lowering the conveyor and with movable side boards for easy cleaning after work termination. Additional equipment at the conveyor exit: belt scraper, pneumatic chute for directing the discharged product.
