Washing machine for Euro-pallets with a blowing module

Made of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). The pass through washing machine is specialized for washing and blowing of Euro-pallets type H1 with dimensions: 1200 x 800 x 160 mm. Pallets are transported through the different three different sections by a conveyor with stainless steel chain.The pallets are washed in the section for main washing first. The pallets are poured with circulating cleaning solution heated up to 55- 60°С. The solution temperature is controlled by a thermoregulator. After washing the pallets go through the rinsing section. There the washed pallets are rinsed with clean hot water /50-60°С/. This water is supplied by the customer water main. At the end the pallets go through a blowing section where via two high pressure fans and air knives, 80% from the remaining water on the pallets is removed. The tunnel has removable parts for easy cleaning and maintenance.
