Washing machine for smoking sticks trolley

Stainless steel construction, AISI 304 (1.4301). Designed for washing of smocking sticks trolleys or other technological trolleys with maximum dimensions 1100 х 1100 х 2000 mm, at low water and detergent consumption. The machine is manufactured in two versions: pass through type with two doors for loading and taking out and chamber type with one door only. Heating of water for washing is done by direct steam injection or can also be electrical. Cleaning and rinsing is done by a ring form nozzles collector with electro-mechanical automatic actuation. A couple of installation models are possible depending on the positioning of the machine in the production premises: mounting into a technological shaft, mounting next to loading platforms made of concrete, manufacture with its own metal loading platforms. Controller monitoring with a possibility of programming the duration of cleaning and rinsing as well as their parameters. Control panel with display, showing the washing cycle and the temperature. Emergency stop.
Option: A fan installation for direct sucking out of the vapours released during the washing process.
