Station for rough cutting and selection of veal

Description

Made entirely of stainless steel.
Specialized equipment for effective and high grade cutting of veal quarters.
Positioning and fixing of the quarters is done by a special pneumatic system.
Rough cutting is done in vertical position. The operator can place the meat that is being cut in a convenient for him position at any time.
Fine cutting of the main fractions is done over a double table, specially profiled and equipped with a stand for crates.

When there is a couple of parallel working stations, portions discharging to the ID points and clean wrapping supply is done by special transporting systems.
