Description

All metal parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). Main application – for transportation and logistics of packed food products in cardboard boxes, crates etc. With possibility to be included in production lines providing automated connection between the technological operations. They are manufactured in accordance to a specific performance specification, given by the customer and to the requirements of the technological process (length, width, height, loading, type and dimensions of the product being conveyed). Manufactured in horizontal plan with straight sections and turns, with an incline by means of adjustable in height feet.

The Roller conveyors can be mechanized or non-mechanized.
The drive of the rollers in case of mechanized conveyors is done dy a gear motor.

Type and material of the rollers: cylindrical and conical (in sections with turns); idle with built-in roller bearings; driven by built-in roller bearings and wheels; artificial material, rubber, stainless steel etc.
Diameter of the rollers is according to technological needs and loading.

Construction models: installation on the floor on feet or wheels; assembly to a bearing structure suspended from the ceiling; wall mounting on cantilevered support structure.
