Solid body, made of stainless steel, AISI 304 (1.4301). Finds application in breaking frozen meat blocks etc. Cutting of the meat is done by a hydraulically actuated knife system. Manual loading of the product. The product is passed to the cutting zone through a lifting supply chute. An integrated system for fixation of the blocks during cutting. The broken products go into a standard 200l cart. Pneumatic system for fixation of the cart during cutting. The machine is equipped with a trustworthy safety system that does not allow any access to the moving parts during work. The optimal construction of the machine allows easy and quick cleaning and servicing.
