Description

Solid body made of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301);
Application: for crushing and grinding animal bones;
Processing of product is done through mechanical single-shaft knife system.
Two models of the machine are manufactured:

  • Crushing of bones for lessening their volume during storage and transportation. In the zone under the crushing chamber a guiding chute is mounted. The size of the out coming product is 80…120 mm, depending on bones type;
  • Grinding of bones – preparing raw material for subsequent processing. The size of the out coming product depends on the size of the screen, located under the crushing chamber (standard -15 mm; available from 10 to 20 mm);

Loading hopper;
Electric interlocks for preventing access to the rotating parts of the machine;
Manual or automatic loading of the machine;
Easy access to the rotating parts for cleaning and servicing after work;
