Description
Movable (pneumatic) or static working platform for evisceration, made of stainless or hot galvanized steel with furrow for leading away viscera.
- Conveyor for red and white offals inspection. Supporting part is made of hot galvanized steel sections, hooks for viscera made of stainless steel, adjustment and synchronization of transport speed with speed of the slaughter conveyor;
- cleaning and disinfection cabins for empty hooks and tubs, preparation for next using;
- device for automatic taking down of the viscera from hooks with reception release;
- movable platform for sanitary inspection.
