Stainless steel construction, AISI 304 (1.4301). Designed for vertical conveying of fresh or frozen minced meat and wide range of loose materials. Main application: as a buffer tank for dosing the product in production lines and transferring it to the next processing step (the conveyor is mounted on scales that indicate the weight of the product prior to its discharging). Product receiving hopper. Integrated paddle system for mixing and passing the product to the conveying screw. Fixed chute for discharging the product. Actuation trough directly connected reduction gear motors. Stationary design on heels, adjustable in height. With paddle system for mixing and passing the products to the conveying screw. The construction is easy for cleaning and in compliance with the hygienic and safety requirements, stipulated by the EU. With a possibility to be included in production lines. The following parameters are elaborated based on customer’s performance specification: size and height of the hopper, loading and discharging height.
