Washing machine for Euro-pallets

Made of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301). Designed for washing Euro-pallets type H1 with dimensions: 1200 x 800 x 160 mm. Pass through type. Pallets are transported through a conveyor with stainless steel chain. Adjustable speed of motion (depends on the contamination of the pallets). Removable side covers for easy cleaning. Non- driven roller conveyors, mounted in the feeding and discharging zones. There are two zones in the machine – one for basic cleaning and one for rinsing. The pallets are poured with circulating cleaning solution heated up to 55- 60°С in the first zone. The solution temperature is controlled by a thermoregulator. After washing, the pallets go through the rinsing zone. There the washed pallets are rinsed with clean hot water /50-60°С/. If disinfection is required, the temperature of rinsing water should be 80-85°С /this water is supplied by the water main of the customer/.The used rinsing water goes into the tank for main washing and refreshes the cleaning solution.
