Leafy vegetable washing system

  • A tub for placing leafy vegetables for washing;
  • A sensor for monitoring the lower level in the tub (protects the pump from running dry);
  • An overflow for draining water;
  • The water circulation in the system is carried out by a stainless pump;
  • Construction, installed on 4 legs with heels and the possibility of adjusting the height;
  • Two collectors with nozzles located above the tub for washing leafy vegetables;
  • One collector with nozzles located on the narrow side at the beginning (the place where the leafy vegetables are placed) carrying out the movement of vegetables through the tub;
  • Loading the vegetables for washing is done by hand;
  • The removal of vegetables is carried out by a conveyor with a length of approx. 1500 mm,
  • The final point for removing vegetables after the conveyor is at a height of approx. 1000…1200 mm and there is a possibility of placing a 200 liter cart for collecting vegetables;
  • Аn additional collector for rinsing vegetables connected to the washing system, and the water flows into the washing tub;
