Designed for rough cutting of cooled and frozen poultry meat. The equipment allows achieving a high efficiency of the cutting process and high specialization of the workers. Favors a better organization and control over the whole processing of the meat portions. The construction allows quick and easy cleaning after the end of the working process. Continuous regulation of the conveyor speed.
