Tunnel for additional blowing of crates with warm air
Stainless steel construction, AISI 304 (1.4301);
Designed for additional drying of crates after their washing and blowing with atmospheric air;
Crates are transported by an integrated chain conveyor;
Suitable for combined installation with washing machines with capacity up to 500 pcs/h.
Maximal length of the drying tunnel is 15…18 metres. Blowing air heating is done by a steam (alternately electrical) heat exchanger and a fan creating suitable for the process circulation.
For better drying of the crates, the walls and ceiling of the tunnel are manufactured with special thermo isolation. The humidity remaining on the bottom and side walls of the crates is between 20….30 grams, depending on their special features of production. The washing lines with integrated tunnel for warm air blowing provide the possibility for direct transfer of crates to the product packaging zones.
Tunnels can be manufactured inclined or with a turn of 90° depending on the configuration of the washing premises.
